We collect personal and academic data that you provide directly to us, including: account registration credentials (name, email, phone number), academic indicators (12th board marks, entrance exam scores, JEE/NEET ranks), preferred courses, scholarship eligibility quizzes, and conversational query inputs submitted inside our AI Counseling Chat assistant.
2. AI Processing & Personalization
We process your academic details using proprietary machine-learning algorithms to: (a) calculate your likelihood of admission to target institutions via the AI Predictor, (b) generate interactive college comparisons, and (c) deliver real-time career guidance via the AI Counseling chatbot. We do not use your personal conversations or profiling data for external model training.
3. Consent-Based Institutional Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal profile. Your academic scores and contact details are shared with colleges or official counseling partners ONLY when you explicitly opt-in by submitting an inquiry, clicking 'Apply Now', or requesting callback assistance for a specific college.
4. Security & Encryption Protocols
We employ administrative, technical, and physical security measures, including SSL encryption and restricted server access, to guard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or leakage. However, no database transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.
5. Your Rights & Data Portability
You have the right to edit your academic credentials, delete your application history, or opt-out of notification alerts directly through your Student Profile page. For complete account deletion and data removal requests, you can contact our privacy officer at support@admispro.com.
